Watch Out for Overeager Buyers!

Fraud Alert for Sellers:
If you get an overly polite, generic email in response to one of your ads, with the the anxious respondent asking how to pay for the item you want to sell, it's probably a scam.

Here's the deal. These chuckleheads will send you a cashier's check or money order drawn on what will turn out to be a worthless nonexistent bank. They're even generous enough to overpay for the item or for shipping, but will ask you to send the item immediately via a well-known shipper.

We know most Fizmo users are smarter than that. But just in case your less-than-stellar brother in law gets taken in by this flimflam, please spread the word.

The Jazz Cellar is the home of HOT JAZZ every Friday evening in Perth Western Australia. Corner House Jazz Band has been resident for 14 years. The Jazz Cellar is decorated with vintage enamel advertising signs, has sewing machine bases for tables and chairs from antique auctions. A great atmosphere and a hot band. There is a cover charge of $15 but you can bring you own drinks as we are not licensed. There is a short film on youtube, just type The Jazz Cellar Perth and you should be able to find it.
